Holiday Cottage Accommodation
Corner House was originally a farm building which has been renovated to a high standard and provides very comfortable holiday accommodation. Cosy in winter, with the log burner adding a warm glow to the living room, and a spacious place to relax in summer after an active day out on the beach or the coast path. Mathry is an excellent base for exploring the north Pembrokeshire coast, or alternatively why not just stay locally and take walks from the village. Inside
The cottage has central heating, a multi-fuel burner (wood or coal), and double glazing. It is well-equipped.- One double and two single bedrooms, all equipped with wardrobe and drawer space.
- Kitchen with table and seating for four people. Electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
- Large lounge / dining room with sofas and easy chair, dining table to seat four, and multi-fuel burner. (Fuel not provided).
- Boiler room with washing machine and tumble drier, as well as space to hang wet clothing.
- Ground floor bathroom
- En-suite shower and WC to double bedroom (upstairs)
Outside
To the front of Corner House there is a south facing seating area bounded by low walls and trellis fencing. This is a real sun-trap and a good place to sit and read the papers over a coffee, or perhaps have a glass of something in the evening. Corner House has no garden as such. The cottage is approached at the side up two high steps and a door threshold. To the front there is a porch with a step approached over a gravelled seating area. All bedrooms are on the first floor.At a glance..
